MP 1.04b cursor problems

I just updated to MP 1.04b. I have an XP Pro desktop as my primary, connecting to a Dell laptop w/ XP pro as my secondary connected by a wireless setup using a Linksys router and wireless access point. All worked well under MP 1.02. Here are the symptoms of my current problem:

When moving cursor off right edge of primary system monitor, I get the message that Multiplicity has activated. However, there is no control over my secondary system. When I try to drag the cursor back to the main system, the system hangs for 5-30 seconds, and then the cursor shows up in the upper right corner of my primary machine. MP Troubleshooting indicates that Primary is accessing secondary properly, and that secondary also is working properly.

Any ideas?? At present Multiplicity is dead on my machine. TIA.

It sounds like the install on the secondary machine did not go correctly.

Is there a process called MPVista running on the secondary?

No MPVista on secondary machine. However, I did note that the secondary IP address was off one digit from the primary. Changed the secondary IP address on the primary MP setup, and everything is now working.
