Good morning Diplos. I got my all races victory medal - even though the last race was done under 1.2 Beta and flagged with cheat codes - hopefully that will get corrected. Apprently the medal doesn't care if the cheat codes are flagged.

I am wondering if the 'use mods' check box makes the flag come up. I just submitted a win that was flagged, and of course i wasnt cheating. I sent in the save game, heopfully they will wade thru them all and correct things.

For the racial victory medal does one have to play custom also?

Thanks, I don't know if you have to place the custom race to get the racial victory medal. I have played custome before I started with the others. My problem is that I play them all the same way and I should have tried to focus on their strengths.

Im going to head for the racial win once they get the cheat flag thing fixed. Ill do my best to take advantage of the racial abilities.

While not a requirement, as was mentioned by e-stab, I think that you'd find the Core a good place to get advice and post on and about GC II. Other topics as well.

P.S. I find it difficult to read you posts because of the font colour. There's not enough contrast. If you could 'brighten' the colour somewhat that would make it much easier. Thanks.

I see where my poisened game from 1.2 beta 1 has disappeared, but my racial victory medal is still there. Maybe I should play another alien game to ensure it stays.

Hummm... Sounds like a good plan Weyr... Never hurts to take over the universe.

Even more interesting is that the Meta says I have played the game, 40 games played, 38 wins. But, the last number of the list of games is 39. So, the game is missing, but the count was not updated. The games were at least renumbered properly. Just another Meta glitch.

Good Evening Diplomats!

I just got back sunday from my trip in Italy, it was amazing. Orvieto and Rome. Rome was unreal. The Pantheon, standing for over 2000 years, poured concrete 2k yrs old, good pagan engineering!
We went to a vineyard for some of the best wine ive ever tasted. (Le Velette for you wine lovers).
Bologna with the worlds oldest university, the mountains and fertile valleys and oh yeah the landscape was nice too

Well im back and posted a game last night. Ive also uploaded the Narn logos that i made since the old ones available were on the wrong side of shite.

The vacation as so good that i cant put the details online since there might be kids reading this stuff.

Ive placed myself on Red Alert since for some reason GD are in 2nd place, that is truly unacceptable. Therefore i intend to play as much MV as possible to help out as much as i can.
There must have been a recalc since i went from 1500th place to under 1000 for no apparent reason. I shouldbe submitting another win today.
Is it ok to submit losses? Ive always thought i should be honest with things like that. I figured that I really tried but it wasnt working so i retired, ppl REALLY hate the Dregnin! Its a racial thing i guess
Ive moved up to tough and im rotating through the races so i can get my Racial Victory medal.

Ok, im off to lead the Green Meanies (Torians) to victory!!
