I HAVE NEVER SEEN A POST GET SO MANY REPLIES! Geeze!

We are a chatty bunch of people, always looking for the next snack or BOOM!.

That reminds me of an AAR about War in the Pacific with more than 3500 posts over 2 1/2 years...

I think so to. Maybe that will bring Mag back.

That would be nice. Just think, we've overtaken and are pulling away from the Orca's with Mag sitting on the sidelines.

Syrrus K is pretty much keeping the Orca's afloat single-handedly. His two characters account for 25% of the Orca's entire empire score. Mag's contribution still represents close to 20% of the Diplomat's total score and he hasn't posted a game in two months. It kind of humble's you to think about this.

Congrats to all who post in the Diplomat's Meta. Every littls point counts just as much as the 500 point games.

Indeed!

Absolutely!

One player can't make an empire and sharing knowledge makes us stronger players.

The primary reason I choose the Diplomats when I left my dying empire was that they had a sense of community and a history of longevity. Both things that make an empire worthwhile and they have absolutely nothing to do with points.

You had mentioned OOD which (I think) is Officer of the Day, but what's LCPO?
Nice Vulcan. Luck on the step up.

It's good to see all the activity lately from a number of different players.
OOD = Officer of the Deck (Third in Command). Only for 4 hours though. LCPO = Leading Chief Petty Officer. Responsible for 127 kids instead of my normal 60.

Congrats V on a great score. Good luck on the step up.

So, FC. Does this mean you get to tell the cook what you want for dinner?

Yes. Dinner is always a la carte. I don't really know what a la carte means but the card I fill out to get my nightly steak says that.
a la cart means that you get to pick and choose what you want from whats "on the cart" as opposed to a predefined 7 course meal.
cool... Mine is always a steak.
...a predefined 7 course meal.

Mhmm, that would fit me quite well actually...
Would that be a seven course meal of steak? I think I could go for that!
Sure does Purge!! You take the steak they give you and cut it into 7 pieces...
