Starting a new club

Soon, I will have a CurXp club set up on deviantart. I will be looking to port others' curxpthemes there. I will, of course, tell them to go to that skin to favorite it. Please leave a message on my page here to tell me if you want to join.

Two requirements:

A. You should be pretty darn good at curxptheme-making, and

B. of course, have a deviantart profile.

Port or Post?  If its post, why can't the author just post it him/her self.  If it port, how do you  port a cursorXP?
