I am a strategy gamer that has been following GalCiv2 for some time. I haven't posted anything on the forums as of yet, but would like to get more involved. I played the original GalCiv and enjoyed it immensly but didn't take part in the metaverse because I got the game a long time after release. I would love to join a great empire once the game is released and contribute to it. I'd also love to talk to someone on xfire about strategies. So if you wanna talk with me add me in xfire: gunmanthegreat . I simply can't wait for launch.

P.s. I'm going to be away between the 17th and 20th for a ski vacation.

I am worrying a lot more about the Overmind. Seems like I gotta go design a few more Battlestar concepts. They look like they would even ally with cybernectic lifeforms... *shudders*


Ally? The Overmind does not ally. Cybernetic lifeforms, however, will be allowed to serve in ... some capacity.

Musing: I wonder if it is possilbe to alter the Yor dialog so that all other life forms are referred to as meatbags?

As HK-47 has said himself, referring to meatbags as "organics" is unacceptable...
