Moderator: I removed the linkages as I received a Trojan warning from my Malawarebytes anti malware browser extension.
As far as I can tell, the website is still active. The missing skins might suggest that the artists withdrew permission to publish and distribute, or the website removed them for unstated reasons. It might also be that the skins preview jpgs aren't visible because of technical reasons or that the website's technical maintenance is less than ideal.
You might try contacting the site's webmaster or tech/admin support people. As far as I can tell, the activity is close to zero.
