Hi there!
Technically this is no Bug, but in my second, more thorough playthrough I found a naming error in the Tywom System:
The fourth planet in the system, based on distance to the sun, is called Alpha Repeculae VI, and the sixt planet Alpha Repeculae IV (the moon IVa). They should switch names, or is my brain messing with me and they are in correct order?
