During beta the same thing happen with two of my machines. The beta only ran on my laptop (which is not impressive at all nor a gaming laptop).
The two desktops are not slow and one has nvidia the other ATi for a video card.
Updated all drivers, RE-installed directx 11, ran every windows update I could find. paging file exist.
Re-installed SC on both machines.
Going to re-download from steam while playing GTA5.
I was hoping this error would be resolved before launch.
