I have a theory,

What have our brain and internet in common?

You will recognize that they just function cause of "connection" and "interaction".
Each neuron inside our Brain is connected to other ones, sharing information and building new connections everytime. All together they allow us to think, to solve problems, to learn, to decide, and to write such articles.
With the start of the internet, I think we create a meta-brain of mankind. Each human connected to the internet is representing a neuron, connecting to other "neurons" around the globe, interacting and coming to conclusions, forming groups and decide.
This is happening all the time, everywhere around the globe, the first tries of igniting the meta-brain.

If I remember the time before I had internet, I had many prejudices. When I started to connect to other people around the globe, I learned a lot and adjusted myself. I found out that I have many thoughts in common with a lot of people thousands of miles away. My aim for life is to connect to as many "neurons" on the planet as possible, to learn.

When I analyse the problems on the world, prejudices and missing communication are often the reasons for war and hate. Internet could be the cure, increasing communication ability. Like internet helped me to get rid of prejudices, it might help everywhere to build bridges between all kind of people.

I see much potential, when mankind realises the healing abilities of internet, especially in zones of conflicts.

What must happen is a reaction-friendly internet structure, that uses the little ignitions to develope, to start living. Compared to an engine, the power of many ignitions create rotation. This "rotation" must be assigned for the internet to work, therefore it has to be developed by us, so the power of our ignitions bring the internet to live.

I know this bringing the internet to live idea is very abstract, but nature is the idol, it works, like our brain and I am just a little neuron, not able to imagine what power a whole brain of us could have.

Umm...I'll need some time to get my neurons together, so it may take some time to extract my opinion from the remains

What are your oppinions to this theory?

Now that I've read again, I can really say something.

I think that when you're living your own life and not knowing what others say, you do get a bit narrow minded and unaware that people all over the world have different thoughts. Also, like you said, before the internet I had many prejudices too.
The internet has changed that. Now I don't just view things from one angle, I take a neutral and unbiased approach towards them too.
Probably it's because on the internet that I've encountered very kind and sometimes very rude people too, so it's sort of made me more understanding of how different people think. Not everyone thinks in the same way, and that's what the internet taught me, because when you present your opinions to others online, many won't agree. THat's something I learned way earlier.
Also, it has changed the way I interact with people too. Now I don't write or type or say what I like, I think before-hand what people will think about it and how they'll react to it

Thanks for your 2 Cents yeah I agree.

For me, I don't only like similarities, I also like differences between the people, to learn of them. In fact, if someone not agrees to your oppinion and gives you good arguments against, it's worth more then only agrees. Like you said, watching life from different perspectives.

Another thought, you mentioned rude people, connections that have negative aims also exist in the net. Its probably a competition of "tumors" the good against the bad like in our brain.
