Yes but i have to create the ships first. I would like to check out the abilities without creating and skuttling a bunch of ships, then killing the game, starting a new one with a new race and repeating. Plus I have to play the game long enough to research some of the ships to find out all thier info. Even if I did all that I still wouldn't get the progression information.

i.e. I want to know what it does and how it progresses before I build the ship.
