vents, etc would not seem to be affected by this requirement. But, did you in fact meand to say that no mods would be allowed in games submitted to the Meta?

Smart exception is a program that responds when GalCiv crashes. It captures important data from the game in a log and sends it to Stardock if you push the button to submit it. It helps Stardock determine where bugs are in the program. Yes, it should be run before playing.

Those may be private forums for one of the empires. For example, the Guardians have a private forum for the Knights that only the knights can access. In this forum, we discuss who should next be added to knighthood, who should be an honorary Guardian, etc. The IBH have a private forum area and I think that is the only thing that the Foundataion has, i.e. private.
