Well don't worry too much about Fable 2 taking up your time, you'll get through it in about 5 hours. =P terrible game. Even Peter himself was recently quoted that he thought it was actually crap. Elemental is coming along nicely. It's still a beta and we still have a month to go. It was 100 times worse than it is now a month ago, alot can change. Meh, like most of blizzards games in the last ten years, this is overated. I am sure it will make billions though. I can't even get the game to start now Frogboy. It opens and I hear music playing but it refuses to open to screen. (program running on task bar) Can you give us a bit more detail to set it to run in a window, I cant seem to see from impulse where to do this

I personally don't like the idea of having a limited amount of turns to win. I also think some sort of retreat should at least be allowed. Plenty of good idea's in this thread. I personally think you should be allowed to retreat once. In this case you would lose control of your units and they would attempt to flee the map. (likely suffering huge casualties, depending on the situation.) If they are pursued and caught again they would then be forced to fight. i.e winner ta

Blizzard have been overrated since they begun to solely develop sequels, and the abomination to Mmo gaming that is WOW..... meh. They have been coasting along on their past successes for awhile now. I doubt anyone is really left who made those classic Blizzard games in the 90's
I think Valve and anyting they do are extremely overated. They remind me of the blizzard of the fps
I'm still crashing in single player, so I don't know if I can give a yes yet. If stability is resolved then it's a resounding yes.
So far I like the art style in general, but more so the technical ability of this engine seem's wonderful. There is one thing I definitely aren't fond of, however. Cell shaded isn't the right word, someone else described it as "stained glass". That's probably a lot more accurate. I don't really like the big thick outline that seems to appear on many objects, and I hope this is some sort of filter we can turn off ala Champions online. Rea

Hey there. Very excited for this game as I am a fan of stardocks previous 4x work. I just got into the beta the other day and I notice a can't play more than a few turns without my computer completely locking up, black screen, motherboard beep and eventual reboot. I play alot of games on this machine and nothing else has that problem, so I know it's not a major computer fault. I realize this is a beta, but it seems alot of you are able to play complete games

Sorry, but I just have to say. Warhammer 40k Annhilates both universes.... Whole bunch of borg/jedi type factions there alone eldar for example. And complete planetary destruction happens on an almost daily basis, there. and lets not mention the super genetically engineers 8 foot tall humans in armor equavalent to a tank or the Avataar of gods, being summoned on a consistent basis.
Mostly enjoy Progressive, Avant garde, and extreme metal. Stuff like Arcturus and Opeth. Some tech death stuff as well like Necrophagist and vital remains. my all time favourite band is DEATH. Though I also love the classic rock stuff of the seventies, old school David bowie and some of the darker styled classical music. I cannot stand mainstream Radio music or the majority of the stuff on television, its utter rubbish.
I was a huge fan of Daggerfall. This was the Elder scrolls 2. Back when it was released it really was unsurpassed as an open world RPG experience. Its really dated now graphics wise so i would not recommend playing it, but at the time it was amazing (and buggy) and no RPG has really touched it since imo. Apparently this game is going to have the same disgusting copy protection system Mass effect is getting.... sorry, but no thanks. 1. AI and espionage generally I know this is scheduled for update but my first choice has to be the espionage system. At the moment I just dont like how it works, I think it needs a total revamp but at this stage I dont really have a good answer either. My last few games I have just ended up having to take the hit from agents on my planets because it takes far too much money to nullify them in the end game. almost seems like its best to take the hit. 2.
