People need to understand something about this site...and that is...it is run and co-operated by HUMAN BEINGS and some who do it VOLUNTARILY. Yes, human beings submit stuff too and the hardest job for all the admins is not just having to moderate but having to decide what stays and goes as far as walls and what to rate it accordingly. Wow, we just read this whole thread. We can most certainly understand the frustration of some wall artists but we don't really do what we'd really consider 'art' inasmuch as we do hmm...stuff that just looks good to us on our desktops and for fun.
