Hi just to clarify — so do you need to change the wallpaper to fix the issue, or does just hitting F5 on desktop to refresh etc resolve? I ask as we’ve seen issues such as with Parallels where it will change the wallpaper to black, but in a way that doesn’t change right away. Likewise it sounds like the mouse both causes and relieves the issue but unclear. Thank you

Right. Yes I think the concept might be, either an option to switch to single-click to toggle or an option to add a toggle icon up & down. Tbd on that. But, in good news, we did add ability to turn this off manually. Agreed! Good stuff Team has long had the question of whether this has more utility than a close button (experimented with things like this). Thanks for bringing it back to the forefront. We'll have to reconsider this for future versions. Rollup is a pretty prominently used feature from what we understand. From the looks of your screenshot by the way, it seems like you have color settings set for that specific group: "Paper & Punchline". I say this as the color showing in that picker does not match the color of that group. Hi mrbeavers, sorry for the lack of intuitiveness in the feature here. It looks like you're double-clicking, as opposed to single-clicking, which turns off the roll-up feature entirely rather than just open it up temporarily. The result is that groups that are then covered are brought to the top. Hey jeffis, we appreciate the report. Looked into this and very interesting indeed – it looks like a monitor change came in (WM_DISPLAYCHANGE) but there was no actual change. But in the meantime, the icons got moved. It is true that one can work around it perhaps. But the only (only!) cause is Fences mismatching the data. It is specifically programmed to handle this. Please submit a report and we can get this resolved - thank you! (If it’s already resolved for you personally and you’re satisfied with the workaround, that’s of course fine, but no workaround should be required. It should Just Work ✅)

Going to the target file and creating a new link, adjusting the title and icon created a link file that worked fine. But using that specific one you sent returns empty from IShellLink. We weren't able to reproduce – or rather, we were able to verify it works. Created a link to a VBS file, used part of the path in a rule as you have it there and turned on "Keep rules applied", and it moved it as expected. Might you be able to share that link file?
