Won't ruin the plotline for anyone, but suffice it to say, at the end of the day, I was more than a little frustrated. I'd expected a bit more bang for my buck, with as much work and toil as it took to best the campaign. No new campaign branching off from it?
MTCason
Seems a lot of the old codes from GalCiv work. Ctrl+P will increase the class of whatever planet you have selected by 1, etc. Wasn't aware of any god mode code, though.
Meh? God Mode?
These are the ones I've figured out so far: Ctrl+M ... Adds money Ctrl+R ... Completes current research project Ctrl+B ... Adds a battleship with your affiliation to the map immediately.
Oh, goodie. Seems as if some of the old cheats from GalCiv still work.
Anything would be most helpful.
All kinds. Particularly those adding money, completing research early, that sort of thing.
Incidentally, how does one go about editting racial abilities? I've been trying to edit the Terrans, and it just doesn't seem to show up in-game. I've been trying to edit the RaceConfig file, but nothing seems to work.
Right, understood. Though I can't seem to get the command line to take with editting it to "C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\GalCiv2.exe -cheats" as recommended. Any pointers on how to correct it would be most appreciated.
Just tried to add -cheats to the end of the command line, and doesn't seem to work.
