Alien Swarm is almost as buggy as Demigod. Almost.

DA is hands down the worst character in the game. Spine, warp strike, and warp area cost ridiculous amounts of mana that DA does not have the pool/regen to sustain. And because he is a melee character, he really can't afford to go two helms because he'll die. Swap is the only thing that makes anyone play DA. It's relatively cheap in comparison to his other abilities and it allows you to gank people. The only way to play DA is to swap then burst someone 2v1 or 3v1. In a team fi
I'm pretty sure grammar doesn't apply to made up words.
Teseer plays a hybrid TB red. It's very good against tower rooks. Rain of ice clears out your towers and fireball keeps your health down. And he doesn't run out of mana because he has BotS. It's a hard build to play correctly though, you can't get hit too much.
LOL! That's a pretty funny mistake. :D
Well... to fireball a rook at level 1 you will have to walk up to two towers, take 200 - 250 damage depending on your armor from his towers, and then you'll hit the rook for 300 damage. Fireball I is a horrible skill. And later Rook can just hide behind more towers and back up when you move in to fireball him. Rain of ice is much more annoying than fireball :D
Shuttup and go away. This is not about Rook. Get the hint. Stop playing semantics.
Towers counter Demigods and buildings.
The splash damage is reduced from 100% to 10% I believe.

Leadership is a skill, but it's not one that everyone needs. 1 leader + 4 followers > 5 leaders
After all, what if there was a level 5 ability that let you INSTANTLY kill ANYONE on the map (in line of sight) for 1 mana. However, it only worked while you were level 5 and while you had that ability, you passively gained 10 XP per second. Most powerful skill in the game? Probably. But does it scale? Not at all. So probably not the best skill is it?
Frankly, that depends on the cooldown. You could cap portals and tear down all their towers and win al
Silence is probably the strongest level 5 skill in the game, in my opinion. I agree - and I'd take it a step further - It's probably the best skill in the game hands down as it pretty much instantly stops sigils from being cast, shields from going up, etc. A good player that knows when to cast silence makes senda incredibly powerful. Can you see mines with the goggles? If not, you should.
Pssssh you all underestimate the vision radius! It lets you see ganks coming. It's tactical value is immense. :P
North Korea is a socialist dictatorship. Juche Communism = Socialist Dictatorship.
The shotgun is made of win. Going into a game without an ammo pouch somewhere on your team is suicide. The auto turret is also made of win.
Sedna should be able to mulch her yetis.
This was originally a joke, but now I have a good idea. Sedna can sacrifice her yetis, turning them into mana. The idea is: summon yetis at crystal, dump them when you need mana for healz. It would also make them good for minion builds because you could micro your yeti sacrificing to get back a good bit of your mana right before your yetis die, letting you summon them again.</
Sedna should be able to mulch her yetis.
yeah item balance could probably be done in an afternoon by an intern.. based on community feedback... but alas, I dunno if it will actually happen...
Not really. It's something that's surprisingly difficult. All the items would be the same if they were just 'balanced.' Each item should have some interesting side effect or mechanic (that actually works) as well as it's normal health/weapon damage/armor/mana/what have you.</
Lord Erebus (LE) has minions called nightcrawlers which can attack and kill Oak's spirit wards.
It takes way too long to level up in this game IMO.
Never wit a reg too?
Vial takes some practice to use correctly. You shouldn't ever get your vial interrupted, but, the added advantage is that people will try, which means you're more likely to escape. Vial is a 1.0 sec cast. With boulder roll I (0.5s stun) you can almost always get it if the person is at a distance or if there is lag. With boulder roll II you can always vial safely. From the very beginning vial will heal you for almost/around 800 health, so it's pretty much as good as vial at the point m
What I've learned so far is that conserving your ammo is REALLY important. You're dead in the water when you're out of ammo. Also, be sure to take a welding gun so you can open the doors :P Oh, and there's friendly fire, which is annoying. Make sure your AI allies keep some ammo OR ELSE THEY'LL RUN UP AND MELEE ALIENS UNTIL THEY DIE. Stupid AI... Pretty fun so far just practicing though :)
