Thanks guys! I really appreciate everyones response. I really do like w2k, I haven't really had any problems out of it. It's been very stable. I had WinME before that and hated it. Had nothing but problems with it. But after a lot of thought (and with some help from you guys) I think I am going to take the plunge and upgrade to XP. It just has some really neat features that 2000 doesn't have. So I

Thanks KarmaGirl!
I have Windows 2000 Pro. Should I upgrade to Windows XP Pro? I have had some people tell me no it's not worth it, then some tell me that it's a lot better. I'm confused . I really like XP but I don't want a lot of problems either. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! BabyPooh
That's what I would like to know. I have w2k and I seen the WB4 in component manager. I knew it was for XP only, but I thought I would try it anyway since a lot of things that work for XP usually works for 2000 too. So I downloaded it and tried to install it, but it said that it was for XP only and that WB4 for all the other OS's would be coming out soon. But, the question is...when?
Oh okay, it wasn't there this morning. I see the 3.90, but it's for XP only it says. I have W2K.
I'm beginning to think that myself.
Okay, maybe everyone is tired of people asking about this, but it's been 11 days since we were told about it and still no WindowBlinds 4. I have been checking Component Manager everyday since Jan. 12th and still nothing. What's going on? Where is WB4???
Mine is 117 and I'm a word warrior. Hope this doesn't mean I'm an idiot.
I can't take this much longer!! It's next week and still nothing
About 60 WPM for me.
It's a CRIME, that's the bottom line!
Well, I don't know what the deal is. I had no problem with the shareware version. I have tried everything I know to do and nothing works. Guess I will just contact tech support on this one. Thanks for your help everybody!
I have the XP skin for Messenger. When I had the unregistered version of Windowblinds installed it worked fine, but since I upgraded to the registered version it makes the little buttons on messenger dissapear. Is there anyway to disable just the buttons for messenger?
Come to find out it doesn't work right for MSN Messenger either. The little buttons at the bottom that says Block, Font, and Emoticons are missing, but the scroll bars are skinned. What's going on with this thing? Should I try reinstalling it or something? I have IE6, but I don't use it. I just opened it to see if it was skinned too. I use MSN 8 and it's not skinned either. Well darn . I gotta get XP! Oh Well. Thanks for all your help, Bill. BabyPooh
No, Windows 2000.
I have the registered version of WindowBlinds, but it still doesn't skin the scroll bar in Internet Explorer or MSN Explorer. Does anyone know why it's not skinning these scroll bars and how can I get it to work? Thanks in advance! BabyPooh
Mozilla is a very good browser. I used Mozilla for a long time, but then when Netscape 7 came out I starting using it and I like it a lot. It's really not much different than Mozilla. I like them both, but I decided to stick with Netscape. So what do yall think...Mozilla or Netscape?
Hi There, I have Windows 2000. Is there a way to change the old ugly icons to XP icons in all the Windows toolbars, like IE, OE, & Explorer? I downloaded all the icons, but have no idea how to change them. Thanks in advance! BabyPooh
