This could either refer to finding the Free Trandals or the Precursor Vault. For the Vault there are 7 antennas spread thought the Llvoren systems, after activating all of them return to Alpha Llvoren I and you get a weapon from it.

Labels every planet with an anomaly. The manufacturer would have gotten a lot of complaints if it didn't.
