This also happened to me after a while in one game. Didn't have it since then. Sadly I forgot to save the debug.err. Both Units I couldn't use anymore were upgraded Scouts.

How did you get him to have a speed of 6? When I tried that in my last game, none of the gear raised that stat. Also: Using the scouts gear package adds that gear to the doll but the stats aren't changed to reflect that. The rogues package doesn't even have its graphics implemented yet. (But this was maybe intentionally not implemented yet.)

Retried it and it happened again. Research for the mines and try to build them. First seems to be built on a random position, if you try to place a second, it will be at the same position or only 1 tile to the side from it, which results in an overlap. If you reenter that city after the mines were built, the game will crash.

Hi, I could play for a while (~30 min), won against a sovereign, built a second city, built mines in it (but couldn't place them where I wanted to, 2x2 tiles seem to be buggy here). When they were finally built, I wanted to enter the city again -> CTD. Possible cause: 2 mines were overlapping, because it didnt't show, where they were to be built. Link to debug.err

SnallTrippin: I've read many books with emerging authors. Some of them were good, other not so. But not one of them managed to have a better writing style (in my personal view) than Feist. It takes only 2-3 pages and I stop realizing that I'm reading. It is just that immersive. Other good authors: Carl A. deWitt (Lytar), Christoph Marzi (Lycidas) Terry Goodkind (Sword of Truth), Jonathan Stroud (Bartimäus), ...

I'm trying to read the books for a while now. They are very thoroughly written in every aspect, but the motivation to read it is very dependent on the protagonist in the current chapter. I like the ones with Tyrion, Jon, Anya, and Daenerys; the rest is more of a chore to read, especially the ones with Sansa. Personally I prefer the style of Raymond E. Feist (Riftwar cycle), David Eddings †(Belgariad, ...), and Trudi Canavan (Dark Magicians Guild, ...).

Here's what I think how it will happen. Since I've never been in a SD-Beta before, this is only speculation: They will open a Beta-Forum, where we will have a pinned post at the top with all the important information. I don't know if the bugs shall only be reported in that forum, or also either in-game or with an extra site for entries into their bugtracker. I've been in two betas from different companies before. One had a beta-section in their forums where bugs were posted in

Regarding the time per turn: According to the screenshots: a turn is a day. If you look at https://www.elementalgame.com/Screenshots/Screens_8-28-09-5.jpg or https://www.elementalgame.com/Screenshots/Screens_8-28-09-3.jpg in the bottom right, the unlock time for the tech research is measured in days.

This rogue-like should only be available in the single player, since it could make the turns too long, so that the other human players in an MP game would be waiting too long.

I think you could handle the updating process like this (use a+b or use c): a ) Units in town(or units moving into a town): They get their weapons reworked to the better version for only a small fee. (e.g. if Bronze Swords cost 5g, the update costs 1g). This way no old weapons will be stored in the warehouses. b ) Units in the field: b1) The troops have a smith in their ranks, who reworks everything to the better version. Since he has not the perfect equipment

Looks great. One thing I noticed: On the screenie with the base, the small tower in the front with the bridge going to it seems to be very flat. intent or accident? Regarding the file format: One of the Stardockers said somewhere something about "firing up 3DSMax or Maya". Maybe this will help you out regarding which format could be used.

BreadMan: It is better for the human side, but for the Fallen it looks worse than before. It has a look, as if moss or something like that is coming through, so mother nature tries to reclaim the ground. Concerning the original three pics: With HDR it looks less like a cartoon, for the cost of a blur-filter. I think Soft50 or Soft25 would be the best choice. For the moment i prefer noHDR slightly before Soft75. The best would be to add an option for the HDR-usage. An on/off sw
