I also I have a topnotch computer so I really can't tell you how the technical performance is. This game is kind of like a very long movie, it is that detailed.

Ok I didn't read the spoilers since i have not finished the game, but this game is FUN! Did you finish it already? Anyway, I'm playing a dwarven commoner warrior. I'm roleplaying like crazy too. I hate elves, I insult them at any cost, (I haven't met any yet, but I WILL INSULT them SEVERELY!). I'm taking a don't ask don't tell methodology, if someone comes to me with a problem, I let them deal with it, unless the problem looks like i
lol, guess i lost my brain. NERD FIGHT: ACTIVE Anyway, I've watched all these shows out of order, but don't let that be an excuse. Anyway your so smart.
So 80% of the civs they find don't live in huts? Hell even some of the Jafar are living in medevil times, except they have some pimped out ships. So tell me that you would live in these huts when you have these advanced weapons.... But I guess this is a WRONG observation Thanks for the award anyway. Now the replicators, now that was living!
I will NEVER have an elf at my side. Enough said lol. I'm going to write a topic sometime about why Dwarves are better then Elves in every possible way.
The art students I've seen are usually stoned...
Well hopefully Firaxis doesn't doesn't pull what they did in the remake of Colonization. I thought that was terrible. I love the first x-com though!
I like this idea. I would just make sure that the rare techs do not equal a sure victory.
Random techs. Techs that aren’t in every game that add spice to the game world.
Thank you. Another question though... Does this apply for the world itself or are there dice rolls for each civizliation in the game?
Because there would be alot more crying on this forum then there already is. This community is about to fill the ocean, we gotta find more room!
I like the new Star Gate. Enough said. OK, lets us discuss how dumb SG1 and Stargate: Atlantis were. Practically every town they went to was in a medieval state. Get real. With the technology they had, they should be out of the 'hut' stage. It seemed like every planet they went to was in the same state. I did enjoy the new missions every episode thing, however; I am really liking the plot for
I like this as well. One thing I would like to see is something similar to Dominions. Some rare things you have to search for in the land instead of automatically knowing the resource is there.
Does it smell in here?
How is nethack not an RPG. Are you not role playing a character? Every selection is very different unless you just melee the whole game, which you should have noticed you died a hell of alot faster as a mage :P
I must be the only person left not on facebook, guess i'm the loser now haha.
Do I win yet?
Question: In the tactical combat screen, are the players going to have to take separate turns for combat? Or will speed reflect when a unit can be moved, thus intertwining turns with both parties.
I don't get why anyone would choose an elf over a dwarf. If you do, can you still call yourself a man? Also why choose a dwarven mage? Tough it out!
In my point of view, there should be no dependencies to special ressources. I hate it in CIV IV when there is half of the unit types I cannot build because I don't have horses. Which mean that special ressources should give bonus.
I kind of like this in CIV 4. It added an aspect of realism. The Indians did not have horses when the european nations came over - big disadvantage. The examples could keep going on and on.
I don't get this twitter thing. Who cares?
I like #1. Hardcore is always the way to go in games :)
BLeh, Crusader got to it before I did. The items are just a way to get you to preorder the game. You probably get something better in the game within 30 minutes of the game. As for the game play content, I think I'm going to wait for the "gold" package as CrusaderScott mentioned, because you know there will be on :P.

After wasting 3 years of my life on everquest, I will never play a game that requires me to play monthly. They take up too much of my time and in the end you get squat.
Impulse gets some special item. Who knows, doesn't matter anyway since you can ALWAYS get the other items one way or another.
