It's not completely unbalanced, but to counter most situations, you simply spam the counter-unit, which then is counter-spammed, and so on.

2 reasons. 1) Like SoaSE, the online learning curve is too steep for most, and the campaign is too lacking to keep a player base. 2) Like MW2, certain things are just too effective, or ineffective. Infantry is simply free score for any thinking opponent, while heavy choppers can kill anything in numbers, including AA. In addition to lack of cooperation between teammates (atleast most of the time), there is only an uphill fight for armor, infantry, and a concensus-handica
