I believe so, my system is inferior to yours in nearly every way and it runs quite well at 1280x1024 and max settings (but no AA). In fact, it runs markedly better than Mass Effect, despite looking better to my eyes. My specs (all stock, no OC): Athlon X2 5200+ 4 GBs of DDR2 RAM ATI HD4670 1GB Windows 7 RC 64-bits
Thanks for the reply. Now I'm really drooling, knowing that I might stand a chance at running it well at my native resolution.

Hi guys, I'm really interested in getting Dragon Age but am worried about its performance on my PC. Will I be able to run it at 1900x1200? (without AA) Here are my brief specs. XP Service Pack 3 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz (4 CPUs) NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 1GB 3326MB RAM

I've mentioned my proposal to have flag locking interruptable via normal auto attacks (on the previous page). The attacks themselves shouldn't even have to deal damage for the locking process to be interrupted. This would mean any Demigod would be able to interrupt a flag locking process regardless of what state the locker is in. As it stands now, if your Demigod doesn't have an ability to stun, you're out of luck trying to interrupt anything. This skews the choice of Demigods

Crimsonite, you use Impulse to update your game. Download it from here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/ Install it and register your copy of Demigod with it. Then in the My Games tab, you should see Demigod listed and be able to update it. As for logging in to play online, just select "Multiplayer" from within the game and then "Internet". You log in with your current Impulse account, the same account as the one you're using to post on the forums.

I thought Foul Grasp counts as a new action which overrides the previous "attack this enemy" action. It therefore is expected that you need to re-issue the "attack this enemy" command after Grasp is over.

Before I watch the replay, I better first mention that premade players are still humans and can and will make mistakes from time to time. I don't think I've ever doubted the possibility of beating premades with non-premades. That said, I'll love to watch this replay later tonight.
It seems that all they got is a few hours of Sorian's time per week and he's almost single-handedly delivering the two new guaranteed Demigods. And I guess that he'd rather work on SupCom2.
http://soriandev.blogspot.com/2009/10/birth-of-demigod-part-1.html http://soriandev.blogspot.com/20
oh yeah.... so the game is perfect in every way right ZehDon?
Not that I am a blind follower, but I see what ZehDon's getting at. He'd be the first to admit that the game has serious flaws since day one. What he is countering, is the inaccuracy of the statements in the original "I'm leaving" post. Personally, I see no point in creating such threads other than to inject one last bit of venom into the community before leaving. The game definitely has issues to com

Holy Pewpews....I was watching the teaser and my jaws dropped when the flower petals started shooting each other. I haven't noticed that it's supposed to be an RTS.

How about having flag locks be interruptible by the standard attacks? Similar to how the Heart of Life effect is interruptible by any attack. Then we can keep the current cast time, and QoT/Regulus can finally do something to interrupt the lock.

On the topic of Ready vs Available. For several times now, I was invited into a chat room with only one or two players actually responding to the initiating invite in the first place. One player (whose name escapes me at this time) commented about how players shouldn't set themselves up as Ready if they really aren't. I was wondering about the possibility of having the Ready to Play client automatically set a player to "Available" (from the default "Ready") if they haven't interacted

Good call my friend. I even go so far as to give the opponent tips, and ask if they're doing ok if I notice apparently poor play, just so everyone benefits from the game, if even a little.
