Gemcraft ( Passive ) has been reworked: Now deals bonus magic damage 4% of Taric's Maximum mana as magic damage per hit. Damage doubled against champions. Shatter ( W ) mana cost decreased to 50 at all ranks from 50/60/70/80/90 mana. Well, League just patched for me, but I haven't been on in a day or two so I can't say for sure if it is 3.02. Edit: Top of my screen says 3.02 so I would say it is live.

Elo had clearly attainable goals imo Pacov. Our goal was gold and we attained it did we not?

Just pick one based on your preference or try both and decide which you like better. I have little experience with DoTA2, but I know the devs of LoL(Riot Games) are dedicated to their game and release a patch every 2-3 weeks and new champions on a similar time frame.
I have been looking for a game that is based in this time period. I will give it a look when it is released. I also am unable to see why people are hating on Civ 5 in here. I played it and have been satisfied with the purchase for years now (one of the few games that lasted me so long).

I will just pop in to say that I agree something needs to be decided about in regards to in house games. I will use the last on I was part of as an example. First- I am pretty sure everyone knew who would win before we even got into champion select. Pitting Trouser vs. Karl and Cow( Second- Unorthodox roles. It is much funner to work your way up, but you will have to wait a bit to have any amount of manpower needed to field a retinue that way as it takes your and all your underlings levies into account.
They are groups of 500 soldiers that you hire. You can hire them = to the percent of your realms man power that you have in whatever tech tree it is. Different units have different costs, like archer - 1 point, H infantry - 2 point etc. They are always up and each culture has its own special retinue (Scotish Pikemen, Welsh Longbowmen, etc.) Edit: You probably won't be able to get them anywhere near the start of the game unless you start as King, Emperor, or Something.

I would like to chime in and say I think Thunder's way would be best. Just have Pacov and he pick 2 teams of 4 and have the person who picked second pick which team he wanted. Also, @Pacov re: banning the only champ someone plays. I remember the last time this happened was when Vizard banned the only champ krdax's uncle played (singed) and it was probably the most unfun inhouse I was part of (I was laning against his uncle with him having a champ he didn't know how to play

I have to agree here. Mr. Pacov loves tanking minion waves and leaving 2+ at the tower to chase! (only bad thing about laning with him usually :P) Wrote a substantially longer post earlier, but it wasn't working and I can't remember what I wanted to say so I will leave it at that.

I'll have to wait till later to give you more details. I don't know exactly how to say it, but my mouse, keyboard and moniter would not connect to my tower one day. I was told it was because my power source was loose. Skype sometimes closes and refuses to open back up until I restart my computer. I did a repair of LoL. If the problems persist I will probably try a clean install.

It only starting happening in the past 3 or so months. The bugsplat only happens with league, but Skype occasionally gives me problems as well. It "might" be my comps power source, as I have noticed that it is loose? or something.
