First of all, i am not taking patronization stance for stardock here but being in marketing myself for many years i will just share my views why i think some things here went wrong, really wrong. First of all, kudos to all beta testers, they did fabulous work for the game i am sure and deserve respect and reward, great. Second, kudos to all people who preordered the game they should get something as well, wait they dont get anything at all for showing faith and support
