They're just trying to steal sales away from Stardock so that they get the profit. I actually have patience unlike a lot of people, so I'm going to wait 3 days until Stardock releases it instead of canceling my order and getting it from Gamestop. I would MUCH rather have my money go to Stardock than Gamestop.
Is there a way to disable the flashing of the icon when an update is available? I had to hide the impulse icon since it was constantly flashing and saying there's an update for Demigod available, even though we can't update it.

Demigod is not a Steam game, it is being published by Stardock. Download Impulse (www.impulsedriven.com). But I highly doubt it will let you activate anyways since the release date isn't until the 14th.
1. Atari is handling international publishishing, ask on their forums. 2. "And before the idiots reply" Calling someone an idiot is a real mature way to get a response. 3. If you're trying to voice a complaint with the hope of actual developer/publisher response, it helps to use proper grammar.

Just out of curiosity, has Stardock considered buying other developers? For example, GSC Gameworld (creators of the stalker games) could REALLY benefit from a great publisher like Stardock. THQ and Deep Silver have only forced them to rush the 2 stalker games and put draconian DRM on Clear Sky. Are there other companies you have considered? Your thoughts on GSC Gameworld?
