Hey guys, as you know there has been some international timing complications with maccilla, johngalt, Aborn and myself. But we've worked it out, We're can do it on Monday at 6pm EST i.e. 11pm GMT (so I can still have my beauty sleep [e digicons]^_^'[/e] ). Would pacov tolerate a one day extension? :P I apologise for this, we've tried hard to get this sorted out earlier but this is the best we could manage. Thanks everyone. Sh

So he didn't actually exploit? Instead he asked the host to exploit (allegedly anyway, he could have been just taking the piss here or just been pissed off because of bad team play or whatever), called you noobs and talked trash? That just makes him a pissed off dude, not an exploiter. If he gave you an invalid gamestate, that would be exploiting. From what you said he didn't do this. There's no evidence here at all.
