I am not very sure about it.. Why don't you try downloading a evaluation software and try it out? (which what i'd do.. and is doing ) I think it'll work for the title bar and fonts, but im not sure about other contents of Netscape.. Since its not made by Microsoft, it may resist the Utilities such as WindowBlinds.. But others such as IconPackager and WallPapers works totally fine whether you have Netscape or

Ok.. If you still cannot decide, just afford them both! try dling the evaluation copy or somethin.. and see which one fits you.. Hope this helps... this is the method i use when im stuck between 2 things to decide

I'll have to agree with bakerstreet, Photoshop is better with realistic stuffs, I've actually seen people recommend PSP more but I'd recommend Photoshop. Yes it is expensive, but it's helped me alot from then Hope my comment helps your choice Wasupboy

This could be a desktopX theme or WindowBlinds theme.. Try checking those out (links are in the top left section of Wincustomize website If you are unable to find it, i suggest that it is a StyleXp Theme (which i've heard alot about from my friends) Good luck

Hello peeplz.. I have the newest version of IconPackager, and im running Windows Xp. I am using icon pack 'Noia windows xp' https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=2&SkinID=834 and the CD rom image, will not change. I thought they fixed it, but i noticed that it turned bak to the normal one somehow.. I hav to go now.. so i'l check on the message board tomorrow g'nite everyone
