You think it'll stay like that or will it be back in mid-game for the final release?

Man I would make a horrible beta tester. xD Couldn't find anything worth noting or whatever...Vasari's new capital ship looks ool though (pre-ordered the game today). >.> Is the Rebel/Loyalist choice before the game just beta only? I heard a while back that you make the choice sometime in mid-game.
I kinda want a release date before pre-ordering.
...Sorry to bump this, but I wanted to say...last time I tried contacting GameStop...they never answered me. And I just ran into the exact same problem...
Well still, kinda figured a lot of you people who owned Sins would ave Impulse as well...
But I guess you can help since it involves Impulse, still kinda irritated about EA. ...Anyways, I bought and downloaded Sims 3 Pets through Impulse...everything seemed to be working fine until it finished, and it tells me to update Sims 3 before installing. So I did it, and now...Pets is installed, when I didn't even install it yet. o_0 I really don't want to redownload over 2 GB again, but clicking Run opens up the launcher where it won't recognize
Ah well...I kinda figured there would be cheaters/hackers/whatever you wanna call them out there? lol

Always afraid of something like hackers or whatever, lol. I might give it a try this weekend...if not late tonight. I play as the Vasari. hackers? this game has tons of problems in the online community, but i've never known of a "hacker"
I dunno, kinda figured they would exist in this game spaw

Or will we get some new races?...That would be awesome... Three factions with two subfactions each, for a total of 9 different paths for the player to take (or perhaps 6 if the benefits of the loyalists/rebels are not accompanied with sufficient

...Ugh, this thread needs to be REVIVED!!! I hope they didn't just forget about this thing!
To the OP dont build many overseers... they are the most useless ship...
...First time I've heard that. >_>
...I actually tried doing the attack/defend planet command thing, the AI says something like "alright" or "Roger that"...and their ships just sit there the whole time...>_>
................I don't get it.
Don't build a Kol Battleship. Ever. Also, don't research techs you won't be using or have little viable use in your current situation.
Lol I keep thinking you're saying the Kortul. XD
Stupid Diplomacy, lol. I always found the Phase Out Hull thing annoying, since it also prevents my fleet from attacking the targets...
Figured I'll ask this in here instead of bumping an old thread. What is a good strategy for taking out the pirate base? Obviously I'm using the Vasari (always have, they're awesome, lol) and have like....10 cannons rady to pummel their well. (though they already have lost their planet) It seems like they still outnumber me and tend to clean my fleet up quickly, despite my fleet containing like 30 overseers and like...I forgtet, 40 enforcers or something. XD
I hope Stardock is still working on this...lol. I miss AA. XD
I don't get how to get rid of the tree either...I have the settings uncheck and I still have to manually minimize it. It seems the tree is still there, its annoying when a planet tree randomly pops up. >_>
quoting post I'm having trouble with pirates. I'm relatively new to Sins, and each of the games I have played involved the pirates becoming a kind of superweapon. Their offensive force is powerful enough to demand the attention of my entire fleet, and by the time I build up a decent sized fleet the pirates often have several hundred ships in their primary base. What is the best way for each race to defeat the massive pirate d
*sees tons of spelling/grammar errors* My eyes hurt. T_T
...What's the best way to take out their base with the Vasari now? Just wondering, had my fleet capacity fully maxed out and had about 20 overseers (maybe more, can't remember) and they still easily outnumbered me when raiding their base. (even fired two shots from my cannons)
I cannot even anhilate their base anymore, ugh...and before I could easily wipe it out with the Vasari without losing a single unit. (gotta love their abilities, lol)
........Ugh, guess the forum died out or something. >_>
