I may be out of my depth here and as this is my first post here I might not even know what I am talking about. I have been a big silent follower of the game for a very very long time so I assume that we are going to get heaps of people like myself that will come out of the wood works when the time comes to buy the game. Flag lock was the only thing that saved me in my game were my team mate and i had ourselves against a wall. every time they pushed i would teleport back to lock the portal they were planning on taking. ended up winning the game due to that strat and getting giants before they did.

Dropping out since new patch in Demigod Problem Reports Demigod Forums

First it started with not being able to connect to people but when i did it was usually a 1v1 and i got to play the whole game. now its dropping out every time i play wether its a 1v1 or a 5v5 since the new patch. I can connect to everyone great.... however dropping everyone 1 second to 1 minute to 5 minutes into the game is just stupid. I really really really want to play this game and have had about 4 to 6 hours of online play since having this game now for over 1 month.&n

What i am saying in the title. The game keeps dropping everyone either once the game startes or within the first 30 seconds of the game. not sure what to do as before i was having connection problems but now it seems to be problems with the game dropping everyone. i can play 2v2 fine or 1v1 fine but once i look at games that are 3v3 or more it just dropps everyone even though everyone i play with are around 100 ms or less usually. have ADSL2 and i have not hit the limit.&nbs

Release date in Demigod Demigod Forums

At current I have seen in videos and in the forums that the release date is in April around the 14th. Just wondering why Australia has the release date of 07/05/2009 as shown on Ebgames website? Sorry if this question has been asked before but I am fully phsyc'd about this game (even though I have not played it) and would feel kinda disappointed if it took an extra 3 weeks to get the game than the rest of the world. :(

In the shop in melbourne city Swanston street (eb's flagship store) they put out the box set for demigod. While this is awesome and i cant wait to get it I ran into a snag. I asked to preorder the game and they dont even have it in the system yet. Personally it would make the scount a more essential ship to have in the fleet and keep the balance in the game. 1. Research the ability to detect and destroy mines. 2. Second research on ability to detect and paint a cluster of mines for the fleet to destroy. Also what about this idea for starbases Maybe having the starbase emit a jump nullifier and tractor for an area of 270 degree

why not have the scout ship do it. Seeing as they want to include scout ships to see the mines then they should also have the ability to remove the mines.

Maybe having the starbase emit a jump nullifier and tractor for an area of 270 degrees of the grav well. The area is provided when you make the starbase so you need to pay attention a little. That way a fleet still has the option of jumping out of the system back the way it came but cant go around the station as they will get drawn towards it and its weapon range. Its just a thought but it might solve the problem a little. Please however argue the point if

Is it true in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

I just read an announcement on IGN that stated that the expansion is coming out soonish i am guess fall this year. Already it has been confirmed according to IGN that there will be new RACES (so more than one huh?) any idea on how many we are looking at. Also they stated that there will be a story mode?? will this be a campaign for all races inclusive of the new ones or just the 3 originals? Thoughts?

@Staticstarter Yes you have valid points, I do like that idea's of what you have said but again at what point will it become a failed offence. I mean say if I split my forces up, 1 large group and 1 smaller group. The large group was a decoy to make the enemy think I was attacking a certain place. I then use the smaller group to do some much needed hit tactics on key points. Because the larger fleet gets destroyed or takes major casualties that would mean I would suffer even though
