There is a problem with WindowBlinds and IE8 rc1. The input boxes (on google home page for example) are very tiny,2-3mm high and the same happens with submit buttons. Use the windows default skin and everything is OK. I know IE8 is in development however this problem does not happen with IE8 Beta 1 or 2. I have lodged a ticket with Stardock support so if I hear anything I will post it here. Macca

How are you trying to add it Right click a vacant area of the dock. Point to add and select new start menu launcher. I have just tried it without any problem. Cheers. Macca

Would it be possible for WC to put a filter in the iconpackager gallery so that it is possible to distinguish between Vista ready packages and non Vista packages. Something like the filter in the WindowBlinds Gallery. Cheers. Macca

Re Bootskin Pro When you click on create bootskin a progress bar appears saying uploading image then downloading skin. Where does the upload go to and why? I just wanted to make bootskins for my personal use using images that I have downloaded from various sites. I do not want to infringe on anyone's rights.

Zargon. With regards to Theme Manager not closing correctly I have tracked the problem down to trying to load Deskscapes. When loading Descapes all I get is the torch searching and Descapes does not load any dreams. After closing Theme Manager the process is still working in the background using about 50% of the CPU. I have Intel E6750 installed. Could this be because I have a lot of dream files installed. They are installed in the default location, Documents\Stardock\Dreams. </

I find that the program is heavy on CPU usage. I am using Intel E6750 dual core and when using theme manager usage is around 50-60%. Normally it is around 5-10%. Even after closing theme manager it appears to be working in the background as CPU usage does not drop until I reboot the system. Also the only logon that appears is the Windows default. Dreams do not load. I only have that little torch searching for them. Cursor pictures do not show for all the cursors. I am

I am having much the same problem after a reinstall of windows vista home premium. When I attempt to activate windowblinds I receive an error that stardock activation has a problem and needs to close. Then windowblinds opens but if I try to apply a skin all I get is the windows classic skin applied. I did receice a message that my Internet Security (Kaspersky 2009) was the problem and a popup allowed me to activate by e-mail. However I will not know the result of this until Stardock retu
