I think DA balanced custom races of your own with the custom opponents you can make.

Go to Stardock Central and go to DL and if you have 1.4x then beside it it will have an update. Its 1.5 its a beta though i think.

7 zip compresses pretty good try it. It will let you choose compression level too. I could send it to you. No error on your part. WinZip, WinRar just compress an ok amount then dont compress anymore.
