Hit the news groups, Brian Harper is running the show on Skinbrowser (Don't shoot me if I'm wrong) and there is a section just for Skinbrowser at news.stardock.com news://news.stardock.com/ someone there will have an answer.
This is where they are hiding on my system.... C:\Documents and Settings\default\Local Settings\Temp\~wincustomize may or may not be hiding in the same place on your system.... Good Luck
Look at the path to the GPF, it probibly leads to the Temp directory that SB uses. Delete the Temp files and then restart SB, should work like a charm.

I had the problem about a week ago, and when I looked at the details of the GPF, I noticed that it was pointing at Temp directory that WB uses. I deleted all of the files in the Temp directory and haven't had a problem since.
Which version of windows are you using?

Check out each of the different Libraries on the left and at the top of each one is a link to the program that is associated with it, and a brief explanation of what the program does. T-Man, Just got home and gave it another shot, and it still is comming up level 3. The Upgrade/Serial number script on the Stardock site returns the expected message with all the Stardock products that I have, and the Wincusto Subscription for Skin Browser. So I have no Idea where the glitch is.
T-Man, yep sure did, followed the directions that you outlined. Want me to try it again? Everything that I have with Stardock and Wincustomize has used the same E-Mail since Wincusto went on line.
Bring up the main windowblinds window and select "System" from the icons on the right of the window. Under General options select the bottom one which is show Icon in system tray. Restart your computer and it should be there for you. Hope this fixes it.
Strange, after reading all of this I decided to look at the new "view your profile" and it had me down as level 3, and not a 4. So I logged off and then back on, same thing. Is is supposed to update when you log off or is it just a glitch. I have allways used the same E-Mail address with Wincusto, and it has been over a year since I changed my E-Mail on record with Stardock. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/

Actualy the News Groups are an Official Stardock Channel, give it a shot, I have been dealing with Stardock for I think over 4 years now and they have allways been extreemly responsive to any and all problems, no matter how strange or isolated. They have even gone so far as to create builds of Windowblinds for a problem that only one person has had. Either from Kris or Neal both of who will bend over backwards to try and help out. One thing that I noticed was that MSstyles was still loading on startup, this dialog boxes were skinned with the luna skin and then would switch over to my WB skin a few moments later. I did a little research and the "Themes service" was up and running. Turning it off did make a noticable differance. WARNING!! do not play with services unless you do your HOMEWORK first.
