If you buy retail Vista, you get both 32-bit and 64-bit not what the case says, the case says I have 32-bit. My bad, I checked and seems retail for Home Premium (and probably Home Basic) doesn't include both DVDs. You should still be able to order the media according to places like NewEgg . If you buy retail Vista, you get both 32-bit and 64-bit. There shouldn't be a price difference between 64-bit and 32-bit Vista if you go OEM. Biggest issue with 64-it OSes currently has to do with their drivers. 64-bit XP is around the same price as XP Professional in both retail and OEM.

A keyboard shortcut for zooming would be nice though in the event that the user doesn't have a scroll wheel. Other games implement this through either holding down both the left and right mouse buttons while moving forward or back or by using the plus and minus keys.

Do you mean mouse pad, as in the surface on which you move your mouse around, or do you mean the track pad, the little area usually below your laptop's keyboard which emulates a mouse? If you do mean your track pad, then it could be a driver issue.

Major Stress , so I'm guessing 22 Cobalts, 10 Javelis, 10 Gardas, 5 Perchiriens, 2 Kols, an Akkan and a Dunov should be about right. Or do you think I need to increase the number of flak frigates? Ron Lugge , I like the Sova as well especially once it levels up enough to carry four squadrons. I've had the Hoshikos and a single Cielo before, but I must've been using the Hoshikos wrong. Advalary , it's for an offensive fleet. I usually leave a single Sova plus s

01) The cap ships really feel like capital ships and they're a huge leap from the cruisers and frigates. The fact that each capital ship is named also adds to this feeling of these ships being special. 02) The phase jump graphics look great 03) Refining and Trade ships 04) The graphics for when the Javelis fires its missiles. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Smile.gif" bord

I just started reading the forums two days ago, and I noticed there's been a lot of talk about reducing the number of ships or making capital ships more expensive. Yet at the same time some users have been claiming that a mixed fleet of frigates with a maximum of four capital ships should be able to defeat one which was almost entirely composed of the larger vessels. I'm curious, what kind of mixed fleet would you build with 380 supply points and how much would you have to micro-manage

I ended up unistalling the entire thing and sending it to my friend, box and all, in the mail. But he can't even use it with the original CD because, silly me, I REGISTERED the dang thing!!! I think he ended up burning it. Too bad, he loved the demo. I don't get this. Why woud he be unable to play the game just because you registered it? <

I'd love to have a planet with PQ72. Feud, if it's not too much to ask, could you zip/rar the savegame and post it on rapidshare or something pretty please? http://www.rapidshare.de
