I have two very precious orbs that are most special to me....and NO, I speak not of the family jewels

One is a lava lamp that once resided in my father's bedroom before he passed on.....

The other I throw over the nextdoor neighbour's fence when I want to work in the garden and the dog won't leave me alone...."I wanna play, I wanna play, c'mon, c'mon!!!"
It's truly amazing how long that dog is kept busy trying to find ways to get at that ball....no matter how often I've done to him.
