RightClick & Refresh

I am new to DesktopX (bought it last week) and I like the RightClick program. The only problem is I can't figure how to have the refresh option on the RigthClick menu. Any ideas? Is is possiable? Thanks

You can access the default right click desktop menu by holing down the Ctrl key while right clicking. That'll at least get you to the Refresh option.
