How do i change the color

Ok i seen alot of people whose tskbar is like black fading into grey in the middle, and it looks awesoem as crap but i hjave no clue what program i need, can someone help me please

thelordofdarkness, without seeing a pic, WindowBlinds and the skin you have seen this in or WindowBlinds and SkinStudio and create a skin exactly the way you want it.

(edited for clarity) helordofdarkness, without seeing a pic, (WindowBlinds and SkinStudio are springing to mind) of the skin you have seen this in or at least a link to it, WindowBlinds and SkinStudio are mostly likely what you would need to edit and/or create a skin exactly the way you want it. (Skinstudio to create/edit & WB to use the skin). Unless it's a DesktopX Theme with it's own created bar.
