Will WB4 or WB5 work with Vista?

I am accepted into the Beta II program with microsoft, and i still want to be able to use WB with Vista... will there be any compatibility issues at all?

Most likely yes as there are bound to be changes to the GUI controls in Windows Vista. However, Stardock will release a Vista compatible version when Vista is released.
