New MSN beta invites (formerly "Anyone on MSN?")

New MSN beta invites (formerly "Anyone on MSN?")

Perhaps this reveals just what a loser I am, the fact that I have to come here begging for e-friends.

Nevertheless, here I am, doing just that. I received an invitation to participate in the beta for Windows Live Messenger, the next generation of the whole MSN messenger and such. The thing is, since I don't use my MSN email address that much, I don't have that many contacts who are on MSN (or Hotmail, you know the game). I would like to actually test this new software, so I am humbly asking for people who are interested or willing to allow me to add them to my MSN messenger contact list.

Don't worry, I promise I am not trying to get email addresses for SPAM purposes, or anything nefarious such as that. I just figured I would actually participate in this beta since I received the invite. Here is my MSN info, that anyone interested may add: PeteyjonesATmsnDOTcom

Obviously, the words instead of the symbols are to prevent random email harvesting for SPAM bots. Thanks gang.

Edit: Well, I was mailed three more beta invitations this morning, so if anyone is interested in an invitation to use Windows Live Messenger beta, send me an email at the above MSN email address. I will send invites to the first three interested emails or IM's I receive (if I am online).

Thanks again to those who are keeping this alive. I am out at the moment, but will hopefully get some more soon.

Xenon101: No need, I was one of the lucky few that microsoft originally let into the beta. I started following this thread while it was still "Anyone on MSN?"

I don't know whether I'd try a MSN beta anything.........The browser that came packaged with my computer from the manufacturer (I bought it back in 2002..) just disappeared.......GONE.......no whip wham zoomy nothing....just wasn't there one day.....after all these years of having it as a backup browser in case something went ditzy...(not uncommon with me lol)....this computer is unstable and unreliable....I sure as heck wouldn't want to even ATTEMPT to test MSN on it after what happened
