The evil sock has cleared off

Well, it looks like the evil pink and cream argyle sock has cleared off on its own. Most likely, it escaped out the hole in the washing machine, but I can't prove it.

I suspect it is lying in wait somewhere, looking innocent (a la video tape a la "Ring") while waiting for someone to pick it up.

I say, "Good luck, evil sock. People generally don't take home strange socks off the street no matter how cute the are--even if they are a cashmere blend!"

That's what it should say on it's little sockie tombstone. But I refuse to believe the sock is dead. Evil socks don't die!
