Here we go again, Peta went after mothers in one of their comic books {sick} now it's Dads turn.

Peta warns children to keep there kitties and doggies away from Dad because he "is hooked" on killing.

My favorite PETA is still People Eating Tasty Animals.

I remember back when the early rush was on to register domain names on the web and someone registered PETA.com or some such to that organization (People Eating Tasty Animals). Needless to say the people from the "other" PETA were not happy.

As far as I am concerned, the people from the "ethical treatment of animals" can all below me. Most are complete whack jobs, placing the value of the life of an animal far above that of a human. Sorry, doesn't wash in my book. I'm at the top of the food chain for a reason, and I'll be darned if I let some anti-fur cretin get in the way of my steak dinner.

I can understand having a stance on not eating animals, {i do not agree with it btw} but making children look at their parents as some kind of murdering monsters is way over the top.

I feel their pain ( right in my arse ) but they're picking on dad's because they fish. Sheesh, how much pain can the little brain of a fish feel? What is the purpose of a fish? It's something like eat or be eaten, right?

What other purpose does a chicken exist for other than to be eaten? ( or produce eggs to be eaten )

Perhaps we should find some lost tribe of canibals on a remote island, then drop of a few PETA members, survivor style, with nothing but radio's to report their ethical treatment...........

There's a natural order to this world; a food chain exists to keep things in balance. PETA doesn't get that, apparently.

Are seagulls, sharks, and bears murderers too? Because they kill fish as well. Oh, but they don't rip them from their underwater homes with hooks in their mouths. No, those bears just eat those poor salmon whilst they're alive.

What a bunch of fekkin' eejits.

Fish don't feel pain.

I'm not much of a meat eater. I don't like eating dead carcasses (I do make exceptions for steak, shrimp, crab, bacon, eggs, and raw salmon, haha).

However, that's MY personal issue to deal with. I believe that animals ARE for eating, and more power to the people who don't have bizarre psychological issues that keep them from doing it, hehe.

It's wrong to bring kids into this crap. Children don't need propaganda.

I heard a debate on exactly this, the Peta answer is the animals cannot think, humans can.

That's what I think, needless suffering of animals sucks but how else do we experiment for cures? maybe some Peta members can volunteer?

I am mistaken, btw. It's not what I learned in Zoology for sure, but (many) new studies are suggesting that fish can indeed feel pain. My bad.
