Need some RightClick help

Tile/Cascade Windows

What I'd like is to have a shortcut or command line that would give me the ability to cascade and tile windows horizontally or vertically. These are the commands you get when you right click on the taskbar. Since I use RightClick and Object Dock I don't have a taskbar.

Any help would be appreciated.
