I don't know where it came from, but I was told that my image is strikingly different from everyone else's around me. Way to add to my egotism, but that's all right. I believe the exact words were that I "am surrounded by destruction, debatable as to whether or not you're the source, but when you do create, it's always something beautiful."

At four a.m. even this statement can make some sense.

I won't explain; it takes away from the grace of the sentence.
