RightClick 1.1 and Windows x64

The newest version of RightClick actually comes up in Windows x64, however it only works once the real right-click menu is visiable for instance if the (standard) right click menu is open then the right-click menu defined by rightclick can be brought up, but otherwise it can not be seen.
