Cutsenes

I have played trough Galatic civ 3 times so far and have not seen a single cutsene. I downloaded it from this site!!!

I take it you mean Gal Civ 2 beta. The cutscenes aren't in yet as it is still a relaively early beta. Cutscenes are the polish that goes in whe the game is almost finished, the beta just hasn't reached that point yet. You will have seen a couple of black screens with a bit of text however, like when you explore your forst anomaly or land your first colony ship. Cutscenes will be played on those black screens once they go in. Remember that what you have played is a stage 2 beta, and that there are four planned beta rounds. You are not playing the final game, there is alot of work still to be done.
