How to change ObjectDock status icons in systray (like AnyDVD, MSN messenger 7 or Norton AV) ?

Some1 tell me plz how to make "status icons" work in ObjectDock systray. I haven't fount a single one of them that works (like dial-up status blinker, AnyDVD status, 3 different spyware removers, Norton AV, MSN messenger 7, various mail clients with status indicators...). I have downloaded NortonAV icons (auto protect enabled/disabled) and various icon packs for MSN messenger but can't make 'em work....it's always the one (chosen) icon shown no matter what's the status. Is there any way to setup whole icon pack (or one-by-one icon) to work in all modes (online/away/busy...). I've tried with MSN messenger docklets but they kill my ObjectDock instantly. I've also tried to switch status and icon simultaneously (status to busy-icon for busy...) but only the last icon is remembered and used for any status. It is totally stupid if ObjectDock need separate add-on or docklet for every application with changeable status!!! What's the point then in having nice icons without knowing what's the status??? Or maybe there is "knowing the status" for every app, but with tens of docklets and 2GB of RAM to have fully functional computer???
BTW DesktopX 3.1 is nice but very unstable - it crashes on almost every change of resolution/desktop layout/sys status/setup/own themes older than 3-4 months..
All in all...if you install many desktop enhancers, your system will probably work for about 10-15 mins (if you don't touch anything!!).
Very nice looking, very resource-eating, very unstable and crashy, must be better for that money and years of experience in desktop makeup/twaeking!
