JU Trouble? Tell Us About It Here!

We have been seeing several articles lately that indicate a number of you are having a problem connecting to JU. Personally, I would wither away and die without JU, so we understand your pain and want to get these issues cleared up if possible.

If you or someone you know is having a problem connecting, please respond here and tell us EXACTLY what the error message is (include a screenshot if you want to) and when you started having the trouble, and any other information you think is pertinent.

We apologize for any trouble you are experiencing with the site. With your help we can get it running correctly again. Thanks!

Also working on your Blacklist issue - give us until the end of the day (EST).

Thanks again for responding everyone, both with issues and with suggestions. We will take a look at everything that has been said. I can't make any promises (since I'm not actually the one doing the fixing) but obviously we want the site to run well and we appreciate your being willing to work with us in order to make it better.

Tried everything Baker...All I get is an error page on the Blacklist site. Others tried for me as well from their own puters and different ISP's... same result.

Have to agree with him Baker.  I even tried to help him, and while I can get into my blacklist, we could not get into his on my computer either.

I'm having one more problem Cordelia.... I cannot access my Blacklist to edit it. Others tried for me and can't do it either. Perhaps Administration can?

Give it a try now, should be fixed.

I still have trouble sometimes commenting from the forums, although going to the person's actual blog makes the comment feature available. I recall yesterday I thought a friend of mine had BL'ed me because the "click here to comment" link was gone altogether. I went to the person's blog and it was available and I was able to comment. This is a minor thing, too, I don't lose any sleep over it. Thanks for actually wanting to hear from us and try to fix stuff, I know y'all have a lot of WC and other (money making) Stardock issues to deal with over JU.

Like, wow! Only had to wait a week after having deleted a test blog! Gee, whiz!

Thank God a lot of work was not in vain, after all. Lucky I did not close down the
whole site too early. By the way, the more often I hit my own site myself, the
higher my ranking goes up that given day. This is not why I am doing it; I am
just working on my site, that is all. Yet either there should be a separate ranking
or evaluation of your own hits and other peoples hits on your site, or this figure
should not be influenced by your own hits. Polar bears are O.K. on your own site,
its a nice pic, but what makes that a forum post. I am not sure the man wanted to
cause much harm, though. Seems more like something that could be changed a bit
in the next update of the systems.
