try re-installing it, then using it to set the logon back to default windows. If you get the failed number message again, write it down and post it. Usually the only trouble I get is when a get a logon created by Someone whe apparently Doesn't ever turn theirs off (I will mention no names - it is personal preference )so the bottom panel size is set to zero, then i gots no turn off button (but i have figured out how to correct in edit).

When did you get the message? When you 1st installed or when your 1st used it?

What logon. Reinstall and select another logon. Having bottom panel set to zero will not cause a parse error.
The error is due to the logon being used, error in it, not LogonStudio.

But When I try any logon to apply,it's all the same situation. After I push my power buttom to restart my computer, there is a message showing before the XP's signing in window. The parser message said - Value creation failed "at line 741.

Start in safe mode, f 8 after hit power button, make sure select safe mode to let you use internet, sorry I am not sure which it will be. Download reinstall logonstudio, set to xp default, reboot. If you have logonstudio installer just use basic safe mode. If all goes well try a different logon to see what happens, the Value creation failed "at line 741 is an error for he logon that is now stuck as default.
Before uninstall any stardock app that has setting to restore XP default make sure you do so in the future, makes life much easier.

Will not have anything to do with logon issue but this is not the way to turn off your computer, start button, turn off computer first, next would be ctrl alt delete, which is task manager turn off from shutdown button. Tower button only if the other ways won't turn computer off. Only time power button is ok to use all the time is if set up like my Dell that it brings up turn off computer window, if not and it just turns system off, does not shutdown windows, that is a hard shutdown and not wise to use unless is only way.

Are you getting repeated error message before XP sign in, again this is a cause of the logon not logonstudio, open logonstudio restore XP default then reboot. Then try one of the logons that installed with logonstudio, they all work.
