Need Help w/ StartPanel.BottomBar

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to make a StartPanel.BottomBar higher in height than the original seize of the windows StartPanel.BottomBar. Prently it doesn't work at all because the image is compressed on itself. I have set the Width and Height to match the real seize of what it meant to be. On Skin Studio it looks great but when I apply the changes it doesn't work because the image is keeping the original seize of the original StartPanel.BottomBarwindows seize.

Can anyone help me.....

The size of the bottom bar is 40 pixels high. It can't be changed.

Just tested on 3 skins, it gets bigger when increase height, have to change content margins as well for buttons. Made
bottom panel 80 on one looked funny but worked.
