Windows in taskbar

When I have the program running, all my excel workbooks are contained in one icon on the windows taskbar even though the option in excel is selected allowing there to be multiple icons. When I am not using the program, I don't have a problem. Any suggestions??

right click on the taskbar..select properties, is Group similiar taskbar buttons checked?
