I think many people fail to make a distinction between what Karma is talking about and blogs that are responses to ideas put forth on other blogs. I was accused of such an offense when I responded to Guns are for killing with Guns are not for Murder.

I don't see anything wrong with rebuttal, and I can't seen how people confuse retort articles with demanding whether someone is a "homo" or whining because they were blacklisted.

I personally consider I Take It Back to be one, L_W, but then I don't speak for JU.

Me, I'm an argumentative fellow. Nothing like a heated debate to get the old circulation flowing, I always say.

So, while I can count on little_whip to be stupendously annoying in every single post, it would never occur to me to complain that I'm being harassed. I simply assume that I come across as equally annoying to L_W, and that we both find some kind of perverse pleasure in being annoyed by each other's remarks.

JFJ, on the other hand, gets nothing but bannination from me. I have faith in KarmaGirl's judgement, and in her ability to distinguish between the two.

The winning name (which did not originate in JU) was Darth Meeps.

Personally, I consider B.S.'s going from thread to thread continuing his crusade to be harassment. He just doesn't have enough sense to let it go. He apparently thinks it is more important to keep it alive.

Personally, I think you need to take a chill pill.  I dont know what you have against half the members here, but you do seem to want to harpoon instead of discuss.

Urm, Gene, if I wanted to refer to you in particular I don't think I'd need to be subtle about it. I was just pointing out that many people think referring to another article in any way is "retaliation", which it isn't. The reason it came to mind was because you had accused me of it in PB's case, sure, but I'm not the kind of guy that needs to bitch about you in third person.

Your vanity aside, if you have to wonder if I am talking about you in particular, then I'm not. When I decide to address you, I'll make sure you know I am talking about you.
